• Due to heat, shipping availability can change weekly from the months of May-September. Check item page/info for shipping availability before placing an order.
  
  
• All items are shipped Monday - Thursday ONLY, unless otherwise stated.

• ALL items ship from Grande Prairie, Alberta. Via CANADA POST EXPEDITED PARCEL OR PUROLATOR GROUND unless otherwise stated. 

• ALL shipping charges reflect courier shipping + handling... it isn't the cheapest, even for smaller items, and especially for larger/heavier items, it is redonkulous out here.

• LIL FATS BAKESHOP + GRUBHUB is not responsible for any lost/damaged/stolen items once shipped/in customer's possession. This is a carrier issue, you will need to contact the carrier for help/compensation, but we will do all we can to help you in this situation.

• Please review your shipping information carefully, orders can not be changed once placed. 

 
PICKUP/DELIVERY :

• PICKUP/DELIVERY is available When + Where?: this information will be advertised on the website/socials/upon checkout. It can change weekly and is not always available. Make sure to double check availability before placing an order. If this option is not visible at checkout, pickup/delivery is not available at that time.

• FREE + available to residents/customers of GRANDE PRAIRIE, ALBERTA.

• Choose this option at checkout. You will receive an instruction email within 24hrs of placing an order.
  
  
• Item(s) must be picked up/delivery accepted when stated/agreed upon. If you do not pickup your item(s) or accept delivery within said time frame, you will be refunded, and items will go back up for sale.

• PICKUP LOCATION will be a public establishment, (we will be in a vehicle) not a private residence. 
  
  
• This is a great option for people traveling to GP, just make an order when you're in town and save on the shipping, pick er' up instead! 

• Available MONDAY + WEDNESDAY + FRIDAY + SATURDAY from 6-8 PM ONLY.
  
  1.) Pick a day (specify the date) from the ones above
  2.) Pick a time between 6 - 8 PM
  3.) Put an email or a phone number for contact.
  4.) Put this info in the notes section located in the cart.
  5.) Confirmation will be made via contact info so please be checking your inbox/junk folder/txts.
  6.) Weather can affect pickup availability.
