WHO ARE WE:

Just a one woman show, run by a self taught, home baker, in Northern Alberta, Canada. Whipping up one of a kind concoctions and recreating old favorites.

ORDERS:

  • ONLINE ONLY. Will announce on socials when/if we do in person sales. 
  • New menu is posted monthly, but that can change depending on the season/holiday. Items are no longer available once new menu is posted. Get em' while you can!

  • All items are as is. No custom orders or substitutions, unless otherwise stated. 
  •  Limited quantities. 

DISCOUNTS:

Any discounts are applied to the order total only, before shipping.

SHIPPING:

  • SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA + USA.
  • CANDY MIXES + STICKERS Are the only items available for shipping WITHIN the USA. (All items are available to Canadian addresses.)
  • Due to heat, shipping availability can change weekly from the months of May-September. Check item page/info for shipping availability before placing an order. 
  • Upon ordering, you acknowledge that the items you are purchasing are perishable + shipping delays/times are out of our control.
  • WE OFFER XPRESSPOST SHIPPING ONLY AT A FLATE RATE OF $20. No matter how small or big ur items are. (Stickers excluded)
  • SHIPPING CAN TAKE 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS depending on your location.
  • All items (candy mixes excluded) are shipped MONDAYS only, unless otherwise stated.
  • Candy Mixes are shipped Monday - Friday
  • ALL items ship from Grande Prairie, Alberta. Via CANADA POST unless otherwise stated. 
  • ALL shipping charges reflect current courier shipping + handling, and it isn't the cheapest, even for smaller items.
  • LIL FATS is not responsible for any lost/damaged/stolen items once shipped/in customer's possession. This is a carrier issue, you will need to contact the carrier for help/compensation. Please contact us as well, and we will do everything possible to help you in this situation.
  • LIL FATS is not responsible for any custom/duty charges the customer may encounter. If you choose not to accept the items due to these charges, you will not be refunded for shipping.
  • Please contact us immediately with any questions or concerns pertaining to dissatisfaction with your items/order. Nothing is more important than making sure our customers are satisfied from start to finish. ----- hello@lilfats.com
  • Please review your shipping information carefully, orders can not be changed once placed. 
 

PICKUP:

  • CONTACTLESS PICKUP is an available option upon checkout - Please click this option if you are wanting to PICKUP your order.
  • Pickup location is at Lakeshore Dr, Grande Prairie AB.
  • Orders are usually ready within one hour of purchase between the hours of 12PM - 12AM | MONDAY - SUNDAY. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please follow the instructions in the email,if you have any questions/concerns please TXT:825-250-3937.

REFUNDS + RETURNS:

  • Due to the nature of the items, NO RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ARE AVAILABLE ONCE ITEM(S) ARE IN THE CUSTOMERS POSSESSION.
